Medium dark Roast with Popayan sugar cane method roasted in our beautiful Petroncini hot air roaster to preserve the precious flavors in the caramelisation stage, when we first tried this coffee we legit couldn't tell it was decaf! its definitely not the cheapest but we have not tried any better, therefore to us its the best.
